Fija tus Metas y Quema Grasa!

Fitness es un viaje permanente. Fija Metas y persiguelas .Al llegar a una meta, establece otra y prosigue  furiosamente. No te frustres cuando se pone duro. Incluso si te estás moviendo lentamente es mejor a no moverse . Concéntrate en ser mejor hoy que ayer.

Even if you’re moving slowly that’s better than not moving at all. Just focus on being better today than you were yesterday.
