Pineapple Citrus Detox Smoothie
1/2 pepino, con cáscara
1/2 taza (hoja plana) perejil *
1 Banana congelado, peladas y en rodajas después de ser descongelado ligeramente
1 taza de piña, en cubos
1 naranja, pelado y picado
2 tazas de col fresca ..KALE 
8 onzas (236 ml) de agua

Pineapple Citrus Detox Smoothie

1/2 cucumber, with peel
1/2 cup fresh Italian (flat leaf)  parsley*
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced after being  thawed slightly
1 cup pineapple, cubed
1 orange, peeled and deseeded
2 cups fresh kale
8 ounces (236 ml) water

Calories: 355 | Protein: 11g | Carbs: 85g | Fiber: 12.5g | Calcium: 30% | Iron: 5.2mg | Vitamin A: 118% RDA | Vitamin C: 502% RDA *You can omit the parsley, but it is a great source of iron. Give it a try.
